Excellent packaging! Works very well, and if what you want is mainly a media device that can call 911 in an emergency, it's perfect! Shipped quickly too. I even managed to snag a nice case for the old phone. No AI preinstalled on this phone, for those of us wanting to avoid AI. Great seller, would buy again.
