Packaging was very strong and tamper-proof. All in all, a near-perfect buying experience. Only drawback was that an identical item was dispatched to a different customer at the same time, and I was inundated with emails about HER item by Royal Mail, rather than my own, including being informed that my item had been delivered (when it hadn't yet). Very confusing and quite irritating, but NOT the seller's fault.

I was worried my dvd would arrive damaged as it wasn’t in a plastic case but the seller packaged it extremely carefully and even included a bonus dvd of Emma! I’m over the moon, thank you so much! Postage was also faster than expected and the item was exactly as it was described!
