Packaging could have been a bit better. But I won’t fault for that being it wasn’t something that would break easily. New open box as described. All parts and screws were there. Contacted the seller and they explained that the incorrect batteries had been shipped. They no longer had the ones I originally purchased. They did refund my money, including shipping. Regardless of how we arrived at the issue, they worked to solve it with no complaints. Things happen.
