They accused me of opening the sealed product, which was never opened. Had to prove it by sending 6 photos of the product. They sent me a shipping label and it just shipped it right back to my residence. So they asked if I could ship it and they would refund my shipping. So I paid for shipping and attached the receipt for a refund. They refunded the original sale amount but didn't refund the shipping. Very unprofessional.

There was also one card missing from the lot, which is rather disappointing. I don't see anything like this mentioned in the feedback, so I think it was just a couple blunders on this order. I reached out and over a couple messages things got resolved satisfactorily and relatively quickly.
