Superbly packed and dispatched soon after purchase. Wish same could be said of Royal Mail...yet again another message that delivery delayed and don't get me on about their tracking service. It's a common occurance for them to respond to enquiries with "Tracking will be updated on delivery" what an earth is the point??

There was a problem with the insoles missing from the trainer's but this was quickly resolved and I received the missing parts within 2 days. Great communication, would definitely buy from here again. Thank you 😊

Despite being very well packed, the package had clearly been thrown with some force during transit, as a result of which the contents had sustained some damage. Royal Mail are usually better than this!
