They immediately responded to arrange for me to get the product returned. This required a slightly atypical method but they made sure to find the best way to accomplish it & got a plan in place to make it happen. I attached my return label, let them know when to trigger the UPS Pick Up & a few hours later the package was on its way back. EXCELLENT Customer Service & Communications ALL THE WAY THROUGH.
