I guess this laptop was owned by a company or school that locked it against public usage. The seller ought to have checked the condition of the laptop to confirm that the software was usable before selling, my wife is so sad about this. The staff were polite, friendly, accommodating and professional and the item itself was just what was advertised and what I had hoped it would be. All in all, highly recommended. Special mention to the lady who dealt with me, I assume she was the manager and she was wonderful!
