The camera arrived in perfect condition and the quality of the camera is excellent. I was a little hesitant at first with the no refunds, but trusted the seller's high ratings and reviews. I would definitely buy from them again, knowing that the items is sent to you carefully. Also, requiring a signature for safety reasons is a win in my book.

Upon registration w Canon, I was offered a CarePak. Be advised you must have a receipt from an authorized dealer for Canon to honor the CarePak. At my request, seller provided a receipt that Canon may accept. Hopefully, I won't need to find out.

It was new, in its box, packaged well, and came with a copy of the original purchase receipt so I could register it.
