From the seller, I would have expected a better packaging effort to ensure safe and undamaged delivery. Delivery took 10 days from California to NY? Still a great product!

When it arrived in the mail the box looked like someone kicked it in the side. I opened the box there was broken Styrofoam and the oven was crushed leaning to the right real bad. The French doors was jammed shut. The seller wouldn't respond to my messages about the junk I got mailed. I'll never buy from this seller again they're the worst seller I've ever bought from they refused to help.
