Royal Mail then told the seller they had been delivered, but it wasn't to us. We don't know where they were delivered. The seller kindly sent replacements which arrived quickly and safely. Recommended seller.

In the end they sent an extra strap which I didn’t ask for but they said it was as a goodwill gesture, I sent it back but then said they hadn’t received it even though it was in the same envelope as one other strap, then said I had to pay for it.
