I finally was able to get a used phone with all original parts in excellent condition. The phone was well packaged with a nice screen cover for extra shipping protection. I purchased a previous phone from another vendor but it had a non-apple screen. It appeared very good but was not flat enough to apply a screen protector on so I returned it. The extra few dollars to get all original parts was worth the investment for me.

The phone was described to have an original Apple warranty which unfortunately expired by the time I received it. Although the supplier covered it with a 1 year third party warranty - I really wanted an Apple warranty. The supplier readily agreed to let me return it for a full refund. This kind of customer service is unusual (per other experiences) and kudos to standing behind the product as described. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.
