This kind of customer service is unusual (per other experiences) and kudos to standing behind the product as described. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

They even sent a free case for the phone. Would buy from this company again. Only suggestion to the company, is to use better packaging to send a phone, a box instead of a cardboard envelope.
