Although I did not receive this item, it was not the seller who should bare the blame. It was perfectly described and shipped in a timely manner. The package was clearly lost by the USPS (while in Texas), and couldn't be relocated. I appreciated how the seller followed through on my behalf once he became aware of my predicament.
