It was very well packaged and in overall good condition. After a couple days I did notice an issue with the chair and the seller took care of it immediately. Now I am 100% satisfied and I love my new office chair! It is a fantastic value, very sturdy, very comfortable, and looks great in my office. Oh, and my cat approves too haha (see photo).

The leather seat is actually discontinued and parts aren't sold anywhere. Had great communication with the seller who was so helpful! I did not see a solo leather seat in their inventory online but I asked if he had one other than the listing. He searched and found one for me! After purchase, he sent promptly!
