While it would have been nice to just plug and play it as a replacement, I had to splice it into the existing wire. I even tried to reroute the cable through a hole in the Aluminum casting but still to short. Just making a note.

It fit right into my sewing machine, taking apart the singer was the longest process 🤣, but I did it and it worked perfectly. It was a brand new cord and looked identical to the one that I took out except the wires were much shorter, which truthfully I got a little worried thinking it wasn’t gonna reach, but it was really better because I didn’t have to have excess wires! The price was awesome, shipping was a smidge ridiculous in my opinion but USPS is a pain in the bootie!
