It’s gently used with minor scratches here and there but nothing obvious. There were sticker marks in a couple of places on the front, but as you can see from the pictures below, they were easy to remove. This screen size and weight (light weight) are perfect for me. I’ve needed something for about a year now but had to stay on budget. This was so affordable for what I got. I love it! 1-20 not removabl

The computer has been running smoothly. The screen is big and clear, the keyboard works well, no issues with the TouchPad. It charges quickly and holds a charge. I've used the USB port to run a wireless mouse, it worked fine. Thanks for selling me an excellent product.

This laptop requires a 230W adapter and was received with a 90W adapter and the wrong cord to go from the adapter to the wall. When I contacted them about it, I got a quick reply, and apology, and quick shipping on the correct adapter with a tracking number. GREAT customer service!!
