The seller was polite and patient, assured me that all it needed was a polish and said that if I wasn’t happy, I could return it for a refund. It arrived when I was away on holiday so once I returned home , after a polish, I am very happy to say the ring indeed looks as it should. Postage was prompt and the ring well packaged. It is super value for money and I am very happy with the purchase. Thanks.
