Supposed to get 4 terabyte hard drive. Which cost $338.45. Ended up getting a 1 terabyte instead. Don't think I'm going to get my refund back. And this business practice seems lacking and needs more work badly... Won't be doing business with this seller anymore.. And might be the worst seller I encountered this year.. I recommend taking feedback on this seller serious. You been warned...

Seller only refunded without attempting to resolve the issue by intercepting the delivery or resend the item that they still had listed on their page. They then relisted the same drive for $200 more. Feels deceitful and unprofessional. Beware before buying. They said they had bad luck with this drive and listed the item out of stock all of a sudden.
