Very apologetic and said she would make it right and correct one would be sent out that day. This seller went above and beyond to make this right. The item was suppose to be Friday and I was ok with this day but received a day earlier. I’m very appreciative of all the hard work she did to make this happen A+ to this company a perfect 10 in my eyes I will definitely buy from this company again. Thank you

I contacted the seller and they readily offered an apology and a partial refund as we were beyond the return window. Given that we were able to use some of the strings from the box, I felt that was a fair compensation.
