I informed the seller and they immediately sent out a replacement - which arrived with damage to one of the hubs... which allowed me to swap out an unbroken hub from first case to get me a complete case. So not ideal, but the seller made sure I was made right, and at no cost to me, so overall, I was happy. The seller should definitely consider shipping in more protective packaging.
