In this case, the packaging was insufficient for the delicate details on this piece. The seller responded to me, within minutes, with a full refund and an apology. You can't ask for more than that. Had the piece not been broken during shipping, it was as described and a good value. Seller was amazing. I'm still shocked at how quickly and thoroughly they handled the situation. Thank you!

Another glass has a small black line mark that indicated a small crack. Seller gave me a quick and generous refund for the damaged glasses. She was super nice and easy to work with. I would be happy to work with her again and would recommend this seller.
