I contacted them about my mistake and was told they had canceled the order and that I should just reorder the computer I wanted. I did that - losing a number of hours between the two orders - which is why I was then so amazed that the CORRECT computer came in so quickly - AHEAD of the predicted delivery date. Great service!

When I had questions, the responses from Chris were prompt, helpful, and professional. Everything is working great! There was an extra 3.5" hard drive caddy and sata cable left inside that made it easy to move my D hard drive to my new computer. Overall this was a great experience. A+ customer service and value.
