I wasn't sure if it was a defect or if it was just different than the OEM pod but either way I didn't like how it sounded. I contacted the seller who told me that was the first of it they had heard of and offered to send me another unit to try and if I didn't like it I could send both back. The second unit was perfect and a great replacement for the OEM pod. So overall a VERY good experience with both the product and the seller.

Requested extra bubble wrap for protection but came in box with no protection. Seller on vacation when ordered which increased delivery time and had no Idea until they answered my requests for tracking information. Over all good seller, would buy from again.

The box was water damaged -as depicted in the sale, so I knew that. The item was busted-up and corroded--non functional. The seller promptly refunded the purchase and apologized for their short-sightedness and my inconvenience. They said not to bother shipping it back.
