    My Bottleman were shipped but when I got them the box was smash and alot of the Bottleman box's was crushed because of USPS. When I contacted the seller they automatically wanted to straighten things out. They were very helpful & empathetic. So they sent me replacement for my two Bottleman that I was trying keep sealed for collectible & displaying. I just got it today and the seller even gave me two extra Bottleman for the inconvenience. Thank you 😄!

    This is an excellent seller to deal with. Top notch communication, they double checked that I was aware that it was a pre-order and that would delay the shipping until the product was manufactured. When it came time to ship the item to me they messaged me with the tracking info then followed up with that one more time! Great customer service!     The case was still brand new nothing was open. Just like they said it would be. What i'm seeing on the market , it was a fair value. There was just a little bit of a hiccup. They said they had two cases Darth Vader master chase. So I ordered both cases but only ended up with one set. But the positive note is everything was packed really nice and nothing was tampered with. Hopefully through eBay they will contact me and let me know when they get more in.So i can order two cases hopefully. Thanks
