Seller contacted me and we spoke in the phone to discuss the shipping issue. During our discussion the seller said he was going to give me a refund. We discussed possible scenarios as to what was causing a delay in shipping. Seller is using the information I provided to better exp site the warehouses shipping times. A lot of sellers do not care on eBay. But not this one… This one cares, and made things right!

I contacted the seller and they shipped me a new winch in a very timely manner. They were easy yo work with, and had top notch customer service.
