The second time, I didn't receive my package for over a month, and I had to escalate the issue to eBay to get a refund. So after two months, I am back to square one. Unlike what some videos on the net indicate, I first inserted the hinge into the eyeglass rod and then attached it to the frame, and it was much easier. I hope my advice will help. Regards. Paolo
