Listed as a refurbished item, but I couldn't tell the difference between it and a new TV, except for the much lower price! I'm very happy with this seller and this purchase. I would happily buy from them again. And thank goodness the seller packed it well because FedEx ran it through the wringer for about 4 days before finally delivering it (entirely the fault of FedEx and not at all the seller).
