The machine works as expected and is fun to use. However, I feel the overall value didn’t quite meet the price, and the appearance was a bit underwhelming compared to what I expected. Still, it performs well and does the job, just wish it looked and felt a bit more premium for the cost.

The added 2 year warranty makes me feel good about buying a certified refurbished machine. It is a great value and I hope it works great too. The appearance is not quite “pristine” as described. It has deep scratches on the outer tub lid. Also the description states a recipe book is in the box, but it’s not. You have to access it online, which is not great for me. Otherwise, looking forward to some froyo!

Cons: This machine has to be unplugged and plugged back in before every use or it will not turn on. After an internet seach, I believe that the unplugging issue is a safety feature installed by the Ninja company. The locking blade lid was unclean as if it had been used.

No signs of life whatsoever. Contacted seller and they asked a few basic questions. Then refunded me the full price and did not make me return the item. Disappointing but perfect resolution from the seller. A+ would buy from again.

Listed as a refurbished item, but I couldn't tell the difference between it and a new TV, except for the much lower price! I'm very happy with this seller and this purchase. I would happily buy from them again. And thank goodness the seller packed it well because FedEx ran it through the wringer for about 4 days before finally delivering it (entirely the fault of FedEx and not at all the seller).
