There was a problem with the sizing of the actual product despite it being labeled correctly. I felt it unnecessary to return due to it being cheap and not the fault of the seller. I reached out to see if they through the sizing of this brand was off, just for some guidance on getting one that would work. They immediately offered a partial refund. I declined, but they put it through anyway. This is a great merchant!

My students will use this for our genomic kit, and having the larger quantities helps in case there are mistakes. An excellent value for our lab. All my buffers shipped together in one box and were perfect. I highly recommend and will continue to purchase from them again. Thank you again for supporting my students.
