I would have been pleased if it had been sent as express in such a case as I now had 3 days of unnecessary loss of earnings due to the delay. I have waited for “new” item to be shipped faster with different shipper after the first one was “lost”, told the seller to package the item thick and carefully so it does not get damaged. Took almost a month from Netherlands to recieve damaged item. I have shipped the item back to seller and paid 8.50€ for shipping, seller did not refund me, even after I provided tracking number, neither returned 8.50€ for return shipping of damaged goods.
