When the bix arrived it was in poor condition, however the item was wrapped well and intact. The box was broken and there were several large holes in it. Thankfully the hardware didn't fall out. There was a long deep scratch on the top of the frame but it won't be seen after installation.

Unclear if was DHL or USPS that caused the damage. Thankfully, the filter was not damaged in any way I can see. It looks GR8 and same as the OEM filter size! Nicely made & looks GR8 & is a good buy!! Seller communications is good & GR8 deal too!
