He plainly states it comes as pictured, I had bought an io plate from another seller which didn't fit motherboard and was unable to find the right one so contacted seller and he promptly sent me return information and refunded the entire amount which I didn't expect. Overall a very positive experience with seller, if he has something I want wouldn't hesitate to buy again

The reason I put 4 stars with "Seller Communication" instead of 5, was because the item name was on the shipping label for some reason, which to me seems like a security risk. Hopefully going forward, that information is removed from the label Aside from that, a great interaction, and I would gladly buy from this seller again!

They were well packed in anti-static bags and bubble wrap to survive shipping.
