First impression cables are bright but not harsh, low end slightly heavy at first, after a week mid range is filling out. The WBT are a little on the tight side my equipment and yes I did slacken them off. So for £30 amazing value If I was starting from scratch I would quite happily use with all my equipment except the turntable which is unbalanced. These cables are balanced with no earth drain.
