I did worry that it was faulty but I was just being stupid and didn’t click it into my watch properly so make sure it clicks!! It arrived in perfect condition and is lovely material and colour. It is comfortable to wear, easy to clean and excellent value! I definetely recommend.

Having said that it is excellent value for money. The colour was not quite as expected but this was noted before purchase from the seller & that's fine. Royal Mail then told the seller they had been delivered, but it wasn't to us. We don't know where they were delivered. The seller kindly sent replacements which arrived quickly and safely. Recommended seller.

In the end they sent an extra strap which I didn’t ask for but they said it was as a goodwill gesture, I sent it back but then said they hadn’t received it even though it was in the same envelope as one other strap, then said I had to pay for it.
