The last winner wig I purchased was a disaster. It seemed as though somebody had hacked off parts of the ear and all around the back of the head. I was unable to wear it and was sure that returns were not mentioned in the description so I still have it. I was hesitant to purchase another , but this recent one was perfect. Many thanks!
