What was well packed in a strong cardboard box somehow was crushed in transit at the cap end of the aerosols. Two survived unscathed, one has heavy stress marks to the cap, On the last one, the cap split top to bottom allowing pressure to the nozzle, soaking the remaining contents and box. They initially raised a second order but cancelled it when they tracked down the original order. Fault was definitely with the carrier, not the company. To be clear, I only received the 1 order that I had paid for. The company went to a lot of effort to sort this out. Offered clear explanations of process/problem-very friendly and helpful. In the end this was great customer service. Recommended.
