Since the microwave did work and come with a 1yr warranty, we decided to keep it for such a great savings. We were even able to make a trim piece to hide almost all the dent. As Social Security seniors, the 50% discount was a huge blessing to us! Thank you Eric from Super Duper!

It was advertised as "Open Box" and per eBay's guidelines, that means "An item in excellent, new condition with no wear... that may be missing the original packaging...". No apologies, no nothing. So yeah, I had to lug that big box to a FedEx to ship it back all because they did not to disclose the defects. Did I say no apologies? They claimed I sent it damaged. I offered a full refund upon return of the microwave. Buyer was refunded in full without having to pay anything out of pocket. I made this right. Since then, this microwave has been sold to another buyer.
