Since I keep my phones a long time, I want the one I want! I found a few of the Mystic White available and ordered one from Santa Monica Wireless. THEY actually had the white one available and shipped it promptly. (Unlike a different seller who claimed to have the white one but didn't!) It was new & factory sealed, exactly as described and EXACTLY what I ordered. I definitely recommend them!

I had an extended ship time longer tha 2 days due to FedEx not scanning the package at the hub. But i messaged the seller and I am pleased with the ease of communication! Please have a look at their store! I know i'll buy from them again.

I went from a Note 8 to Note 20, so big difference in functionality. It all worked for me. I was a little worried about the delivery, being an expensive item and all, But the phone arrived on time, securely packaged, and exactly as described - brand new, and factory sealed. Again, I am very happy with my purchase. This was a smooth and easy transaction. Thank you!

Item was shipped free, and the cost was better, less, than I expected. The seller quickly processed my order packed it securely and shipped it within 24 hours. The seller's page also had more detailed information than others selling the same item, I really liked that. I may just have to buy another phone from Santa Monica Wireless. Very satisfied.

The phone was described to have an original Apple warranty which unfortunately expired by the time I received it. Although the supplier covered it with a 1 year third party warranty - I really wanted an Apple warranty. The supplier readily agreed to let me return it for a full refund. This kind of customer service is unusual (per other experiences) and kudos to standing behind the product as described. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

They even sent a free case for the phone. Would buy from this company again. Only suggestion to the company, is to use better packaging to send a phone, a box instead of a cardboard envelope.
