I was slightly concerned to find that pigment inks were needed and cost more, but are also higher quality then the other one. This ink will last me 4 years, and I plan to purchase again, if the printer lasts that long. It arrived in 5 layers of bubble wrap and cardboard, I was excited to open the package... Then had 4 more layers to go.. I mean the seemingly overkill packaging worked.. so I'm fine with that?

Of course, they ignored this message and sent it through the same carrier. Which is now delayed again. This is just a fraudulent listing, you'll never receive your items. This was my second attempt with them, and their support is absolutely horrible, lazy, and just brush you off.
