They offered the item with free shipping and did what was listed in their mailing and shipping criteria . I give them a thumbs up 👍.

Still haven't received the item after ordering months ago and had to go through PayPal to get my money back since the return window ended so long ago. Can't speak for the item condition since it wasn't ever received.
