TINY, ToysEast do an amazing job with the details and quality and using more metal than plastics.S/H has seemed to improve with sellers of the area and packages seem to be arriving much sooner than in the 'old days' of not too far distant. The Seller is amazing to work with always delivering product in GREAT condition.

I received two of them, but can't trace two separate orders for the model. So, I suspect I inadvertently ordered it twice. From the same (only?) seller. I have one complaint, but it's pretty general: TINY should try to standardize the scales of models they make and sell. So far, all Tiny's newer fire apparatus models are different scales so they do not "display well" next to each other.

When I contacted the seller they automatically wanted to straighten things out. They were very helpful & empathetic. So they sent me replacement for my two Bottleman that I was trying keep sealed for collectible & displaying. I just got it today and the seller even gave me two extra Bottleman for the inconvenience. What i'm seeing on the market , it was a fair value. There was just a little bit of a hiccup. They said they had two cases Darth Vader master chase. So I ordered both cases but only ended up with one set. But the positive note is everything was packed really nice and nothing was tampered with. Hopefully through eBay they will contact me and let me know when they get more in.So i can order two cases hopefully. Thanks
