Getting started was a piece of cake everything worked straight out of the box. The battery life is great no more having to charge it every day. It was to my mind at a good price for affectively an unused phone.

The black phone came in a red iphone sealed box (but they did warn of that). It is physically immaculate with 95% battery, 2x screen protectors, generic cable & plug and sim tool. It's now fully loaded with my Apple backup without glitch. My daughter works for Apple, and on a visual only check she can see nothing wrong with it.

I needn't have worried - the phone was cellophane sealed, factory reset and in excellent condition (even the serial number matched with the box). Charger and cable included. Battery capacity is 96%; not perfect, but could be natural degradation due to sitting on an overstock shelf for a couple of years. As near brand new as you're likely to get for the price. Superb!

The one disappointment was I e-mailed the supplier regarding a technical issue on the phone to see if they could answer my query. Alas they never replied or even acknowledged my e-mail to them, for that reason I will only give them 4 starts, had they answered me it would have been 5 stars. Supplier, remember, after service is important to your buyers....

It arrived very quickly via Royal Mail special delivery, and was VERY securely packed. As promised in the advert, the phone is in immaculate condition - looking as though brand new. Again, as promised, it was accompanied by the correct charging cable and the SIM card pin. The buying experience with this retailer, has thus been outstanding, with very good initial cost, a well presented 'phone & good service all round. Excellent !

The hand sensor was in good condition but had been handled. To be fair it was described as new but in a resealed box. It wax a good price and seems genuine. Strangely packed in bubble wrap and a bin liner. Won’t really know if new until battery is tested over time.
