I received a very Kurt reply stating it was impossible for an error to occur and that all goods were packaged under CCTV and I'd have to prove the error by returning them. Bearing in mind these cost £3 I felt it was a very unnecessary heavy handed response. I sent a photo of what I received and 0's were sent to me with no apology. I sent some the next day with a message to follow on the 12th Sept @ 08.30am telling you they had been sent AND I apologised for the inconvenience so please do not tell lies. For £3 like you say I'm not sure what more you wanted other than the zero's and the apology which you had received. I ordered 1 Aug and they arrived the next day! I am glad the font and size was changed as they look absolutely amazing! I have used them on shot glasses and they were so easy to apply. Will definitely order again.
