It arrived two weeks EARLIER than the estimates. That never happens! The hat itself is soft but structured, doesn't feel cheap and for $15, is a good deal. It was just too small for my head (or my head was just too big for the hat!). I contacted them about returning it. They replied in less than 12 hrs that they'd issue a refund and that I can keep the hat and gift it to someone.
