It was packaged well and came in a round tube (perfect) When getting the wall sticker out, it wasn't rolled up. It was like folded long ways so folder alot of time. (Like how you make a paper fan. If that make sense) We left it open and had weight on it to un creese it, but no luck. It was a birthday gift so not very good.

Personally I found the canvas image 'soft' and not as defined as I had expected which was a little disappointing, but seller was very good at keeping an open communication with me regarding my issue, so 5* rating well deserved. The landscape image is very atmospheric but better viewed from a distance than close up. Seller has informed me that they will be using software to sharpen further images now I have raised this issue.
