Instead of that, I received a big makeshift loose package with the merchandize that does not look new as it in the description, the contact areas is full of scratches. This is the sign that it is not new; it was handled or used before. They apologized for the mix up and immediately sent out the correct remote. I returned the incorrect remote with the self addressed package envelope. I am very happy with the professional conduct with this seller.
