However, if you look at the picture, the product label differs from what it says on the box it comes in. It appears genuine so I guess that's why it's on eBay and not a retail store. I charged it then tested it, it's loud - especially indoors!

Seller answered my first email over this issue, but did not replied to my second. However the item was as described and was good value, hence buying by post. Motorcycle helmets when sent by post are usually packed with bubble wrap or foam padding for protection but this helmet was in its original box, with a slightly bigger outer box. Not a good practice in my opinion.
