I bought two colors that they shipped in one envelope. I attempted to exchange them for correct widths by sending back two in the one envelope as I received them and got a refund, vs. exchange, for only one of them. Now, going through aggravation of trying to get additional $70.71 back. Still NO reply from seller? They replied back and told me that they use a laser engraver, and asked if that would be good. After agreeing to that, they asked how far to space the designs. That was it. VERY easy to work with, they understood exactly what I was asking for. Belt came in today and it's amazing. Simply amazing. I could not be any happier. Thanks for an awesome buying experience.
