The pan arrived promptly and without issue, and although the pan does not have any scratches, it is definitely a manufacturing 'second' as it has a defect at the bottom of the pan - a dent that occurred during production. Not necessarily conspicuous, but not "all-clad" standards. No reason to return at this point, but seller needs to be more transparent about defects in the product they are selling.
