Comes with directions and longer than original bolts, very nice tighten up the steering and has fixed the ghost wander. Only odd ball tools needed are a torque 7 and a 7mm for the grease bearing. Would recommend for anyone that drives a 2nd gen dodge and has steering wander.

The plate sticking out was in the wrong position. I made a template and cut a spacer out with my torch of half inch plate for the support bearing and got longer bolts. It works after all that. Good seller lightning fast delivery.

They swiftly & easily replaced it - which also arrived damaged. Instead of sending a 3rd 1, they decided to refund my money. Their packaging of the plastic bumper valence was just placing it in a clear plastic bag & putting it in an oversized cardboard box that got crushed during the shipping process. Great company, but they should hire a shipping director who knows the job. Bright side- I found one cheaper on eBay.
